Our academic institution is dedicated to participatory communication following the concept of "Communication for Social Change" (C4SC). The goal is to explore and further develop innovative ways in which communication can serve as a catalyst for sustainable social change.
We operate at the intersection of research, teaching, and transfer. Together with a network of associated members working in relevant research and practice fields, we develop well-founded insights and practical approaches for a more just and sustainable society.

The research center consists of the management team, a dedicated group of researchers and student assistants, as well as associated members. Together, we work interdisciplinarily and in networks to advance research and practice for social change.
