Studied economics (Dipl.-Kfm., esp. innovation management) and psychology (Dipl.-Psych., esp. organizational & developmental psychology) at TU Chemnitz. Afterwards lecturer and researcher at TU Chemnitz (economic, organizational and social psychology), Leipzig University (personality psychology and diagnostics) and MLU Halle-Wittenberg (social and organizational psychology). From 2013-2015 Research Fellow at Durham University (Business School). Substitute professorships for Work & Organizational Psychology at the University of Lübeck and PFH Göttingen. Since 2020 researcher and lecturer at University of Leipzig.
I am currently working on a project funded by the Swedish Agency for Work Environment Expertise on Cultures of Silence in cooperation with the University of Gothenburg.
Current practice & consulting projects on organizational and leadership development, communication of critical issues, organizational culture and corporate health management.
