Abstract

Anneke Elsner is a research associate at the Chair for Media Education at the University of Leipzig.


Anneke Elsner completed her bachelor's and master's degrees in communication and media studies with a focus on media culture and media education at the University of Leipzig. 


Her dissertation deals with the phenomenon of media addiction from a media pedagogical perspective. She also conducts research in the area of the didactic potential of digital media and media socialization. 


Anneke Elsner is a member of the German Society for Educational Science and the Society for Media Education and Communication Culture.
